Agree with Kenny on when we faced them in the 90s , what a team we had with the likes of PVH . Mcstay . Thom , Di Canio & Cadette , they also had a great squad to be fair with Gazza & Laudrup but we just couldn’t get by that Gorum then it became a mental thing going into those games ☘️🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I know you mention in the video a comment by one of your viewers regarding Idah's answer to whether he'd like to sign permanently or not. Myself and my wife were watching and we both had a completely different reading of his answer than that fella who left the comment. I was quite impressed with his answer tbh, the guy is no fool. He basically gave a non-committal response saying it's out of his hands. Which it is! He knows it doesn't matter how much he wants to come or how much BR wants him. He still has the obstacles of the Norwich board and management, the Celtic board and a price tag to negotiate. If he was to say he'd 'love to sign' it could be interpreted by the Norwich fans that he wants out. Then the deal doesn't happen and he stays at Norwich. He would/could immediately be on a recovery mission with the Norwich supporters. When he gave his answer, my wife described it as a 'politically savvy' response and she is bang on.

In my 61 years I've lost count of how many terrible cup finals I've seen, both at domestic and international level. I really don't care about the quality of the game. We won to complete the double. Cheers lads. HH.

From afar, which is where football stands are in relation to the pitch, Bernardo looks like O’Riley. That definitely works against him. Especially if we lose O’Riley this summer, as expected. Because then permanently signing Bernardo appears somewhat of a safe option. Jota also came on loan from Benfica. I hold out hope it’ll be shrewd business to buy him permanently. We should be losing so many others before him.

Interesting that the only 2 6 WIAR this season came when they absolutely had too. The first one was after losing back to back league games. When we were finally no longer in the driving seat. (Only lost one other, which was infamously controversial.) The second was our last 6 matches which was necessary to complete an acceptable season.

Throughout the whole season we managed 6 WIAR only twice. 3 out of 4 competitions we only play inferior sides. I’m expecting better next season.

When Darren sees the 2 sending offs that The Rangers* evaded in the same incident where Maeda got booked, maybe then he’ll realise Celtic were much better on the day. The Rangers* being “up for it” means nothing if it’s fairly officiated. Which it categorically wasn’t. Another hunbelievable disasterclass from the profession where you fail upwards.

Unfortunately I can see The Rangers* winning their two qualifying rounds for the Champions League, given the opponents. That’d negate the £60 million advantage. But it has to complicate their August enough that, with the first Glasgow Derby at Celtic Park, we shouldn’t spend a single day behind them in the league next season. Then them qualifying through 3 CL rounds will feel altogether less likely. Despite even champion us having to win the CL playoff round in 25/26 too. It’s still possible for us to pull clear of them in absolutely every regard. Other formerly significant rivalries are dying across Europe and the world. The footballing landscape is not what it used to be. We should be Scotland’s Ludogorets. Or Scotland’s Al Ahly.

Love the show guys and don’t mind atmosphere but that was a pointless show as the background noise pretty much drowned out most of what you said in the few minutes I managed to endure it. If I wanted to listen to a pub rabble I would just have went to the pub myself.
